Q: Do you have pets in your home?

A: Yes, we operate from a pet-friendly home with cats and dogs. However, all inventory is stored and packed in a clean, pet-free workspace to ensure quality and care.

Q: What quality is the jewelry?

A: Most pieces are nickel free. These are fun, handmade pieces created with care and creativity. If there are any issues with the jewelry please contact me at vanasvintagescoops@gmail.com

Q: Will mine come with a Tiktok Video? 

A: Depending on the volume of orders, you may see your box be packed on a Tiktok  video. If you would like to opt out of this, please request "no video" in the check out section where you put your preferences. 

Q: Are there real vintage pieces included?

A: Yes! Some scoops may include a special “thrift find” bead which will be associated with a vintage item I've found while thrift shopping. Because these pieces are vintage, the ceramic may show light glaze crazing—tiny lines in the glaze that occur naturally with age and do not affect the structure of the piece.
